It’s a very wet, windy and generally miserable weekend here on the West Coast – perfect weather for curling up with a cup of tea and doing some reading. The rest of the week isn’t supposed to be much better so be sure to share lots and lots of your favourite posts to keep me company. Before we get to this week’s linky party, I want to highlight a few of my favourites from last week. 

I knew I liked this post from the minute I saw the above quote – a favourite from an incredibly encouraging and motivating book that I read recently. I often need a reminder that I can’t (nor should I) make everyone happy, and My Ball of Wax gave me just that! 

 

I have always been a big believer in gifting experience over “stuff”, but this post from Raising Seraphim takes that idea to an whole new level. I love the intentionality and frequency she encourages plus – free printables!! 

Meat – good. Cheese – gooood. Sour Cream – gooooood! Bad Friend’s reference aside, my mouth started watering the minute I saw this photo, and yet the recipe is so simple!! I will definitely be trying this Eclectic Soapbox recipe out soon.
