Ever since I was little, I’ve always wanted to fly. Swings never went quite high…

My toddler isn’t the only 2-year-old in the house anymore, Life, Love and the Pursuit of Play is turning the big oh-two as well! While the official anniversary isn’t until September, when I had the opportunity to celebrate my blogging anniversary with some other incredible bloggers this month, I just couldn’t pass it up!
The lovely bloggers I’m celebrating with are (be sure to go say ‘bonne fête’ to each of them):
- Tammy Mitchell from In R Dream
- Ashley Picco from Tales of Mommyhood
- Suzanne Rudge from MapleMouseMama
- Lisa Marie Fletcher from The Canadian Homeschooler
- Bonnie Way from The Koala Mom.com
Celebrating with this group of bloggers really encompasses not only why I started blogging in the first place, and why I continue, but also what my big focus will be moving into my 3rd year of blogging. I love the blogging community! I love the support and encouragement I received when I first started, and the great friends I’ve made. I love that even though I’m still a ‘newbie’ out of many, I now get to support and encourage the newest kids on the block. I love how much I’ve learned, and that I’m still learning new things every day! I love it so much that I’ve been collaborating with some fabulous bloggers on a BRAND NEW blog launching soon – Creative Sides! Most of all, I love that I have the chance to write about and bring awareness to amazing groups and causes that not everyone wants to talk about.
I also love that I have the privilege to work side by side with some fantastic businesses, connecting them and their awesome products and services to the people who genuinely need and want them! Peekaboo Beans is one of those fantastic businesses, and I can’t thank them enough for supporting myself and all the bloggers celebrating #BloggersFete with me.
Peekaboo Beans is Playwear for Kids on the Grow. The Vancouver-based company was founded by Traci Costa in 2006 in an effort to design and share clothing that matched the active, playful lives of her two little girls. The brand embodies Traci’s passion around the benefits of unstructured free play in a world of over scheduling and technological distractions. Their mission is to provide kids with durable, functional, high quality clothing that facilitates an active lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of play.

Peekaboo Beans is sold through a network of Independent Play Stylists who bring retail shopping experiences to living rooms across the country, connecting with parents and sharing the Peekaboo Beans passion for playwear.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon you today! I love that you work with Peak-A-Boo Beans!
