Healthy living is so important to our family. Raising a child who was born with a heart condition has a way of making you very conscious of the need for self-care and to make sure that as a family we are making the best choices we can. We need to take care of ourselves as parents to be in the best shape to take care of our kids. We need to encourage healthy habits in our kids to help them grow into healthy adults. Sometimes we need a little help to learn how to make the best choices possible.
The Healthy Family Expo is one of my favourite events each year that not only introduces me to amazing new food and products that can help our whole family make healthier choices, but also keeps my kids busy and active ALL DAY LONG!
Highlights of the 4th annual Healthy Family Expo coming up on Sunday, March 26, include:
